Guttate Psoriasis - Clogged Pores

Guttate psoriasis is a skin condition in which small, red, and scaly teardrop-shaped spots appear on the arms, legs, and middle of the body. Guttate means "drop" in Latin. Guttate Psoriasis is also know as "Eruptive psoriasis". The condition often develops very suddenly, usually after an infection, most notably strep throat,  also Guttate psoriasis is not contagious. Psoriasis seems to be passed down through families (hereditary).

Guttate psoriasis is a type of psoriasis that looks like small, salmon-pink drops on the skin. The word guttate is derived from the Latin word gutta, meaning drop.
